The current cup assembly installed by Fuji on their standard spray guns is identical to this one. The assembly includes the 2024 Pressure Tube, a fitted 2097 Gasket, and a 2096 Diaphragm. The diaphragm plays a crucial role in preventing paint from entering the pressure tube, acting as a protective shield. The standard cup assembly is supplied without any internal coating. Although it can be used with all products, some water-based coatings may cause an unsightly staining inside the cup, which is usually harmless and does not affect the actual finish.
For the cup parts kit of this cup assembly, please refer to part # 2098. The new design incorporates the 2024 pressure tube and a fitted 2097 gasket, along with a 2096 diaphragm. This diaphragm serves the purpose of preventing paint from entering the pressure tube, effectively acting as a shield.
This cup assembly is compatible with Fuji's T-Model, M-Model, and older model spray guns. Additionally, it allows you to convert your Fuji gravity feed M-Model spray gun to a bottom feed model.
